PHP
PHP was upgraded to a new major version 5.4.3, from the previous series 5.3. See the release notes for 5.4.0 for major changes, and Migrating to 5.4 for more information.
- The gdchart PECL extension no longer compiles with PHP 5.4, and has thus been removed.
Rails
We are still working on a credible transition plan for old Rails installations.
